        Highly elevated prices during Milano fiera. Rooms basic but clean. Front reception not very friendly and finds hotel rules more important than customer satisfaction or customer convenience. Breakfast at very reasonable prices.

        we booked last minute as there were no other hotels available in Milan and we were a little apprehensive but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel rooms are new and very clean, have air con etc. It’s not far from the city centre a few metro stops and is close to the metro station. The hotel is small but everything feels new and well kept. There’s someone on the reception at all hours. Parking is also available and is very secure.

        The room was nice and clean and the location is pretty fine. There is also a nice bar “the rabbit” next to the hotel. However, I left my backpack in the room with 15 eur inside the pocket and when I came back the money was gone. When I told about this at the reception, the receptionist reacted in a way that it could never happen making me feel that I’m lying! It was totally unpleasant , and he didn’t even apologize. It was not about money but mostly about the fact that this happened making me feel insecure and not safe at this hotel. So, my advice is just to be careful with your belongings 🙏🏻

        The room was clean but it hasn’t toothpaste and slippers but one thing that it’s very important there isn’t safe feeling because I went out and came back at 11:20 I was surprised because my luggages were in the lobby which the time of check out is before 12 and he didn’t have a patient to wait for us or calling us he just moved our stuff without a permission I’ve been to so many countries different hotels from worst to best and I haven’t seen such a bad attitude from a receptionist one of them was very nice the Italian guy no .

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
