First of all the facilities of this hotel are very shabby and very old. If your friend comes to the hotel for you, you will be made to pay double the price. They don't tell you this rule in advance and it's not written on the homepage. Please don't come to this hotel.

I didn't apply for the Happy Hotel gift, but I was told that I could stay overnight for 4,500 yen as a double chance, so I took advantage of it, although it was a bit of a walk from Kinshicho Station. The room was based on light colors, the sofa and bed were gorgeous and very cute, and the bath was clean and spacious, which was great. I was looking forward to going because I thought I would be able to choose my own room, but unfortunately the staff had to choose it at random. The fare is paid in advance, and there is a payment machine next to the touch panel, so pay there. I definitely had to meet the front desk clerk, but the young woman who dealt with me was very polite and I'm glad. There is shampoo next to the elevator, so you can take whatever you like to your room. I would like to use it again when I go nearby

I decided to go to Tokyo at the last minute, and the only hotels I could book were expensive ones and capsules, so I decided to go there. Considering the small room, bed, and bath of a normal business hotel, the price of ¥6,400 (including breakfast) feels like a great deal at Tokyo prices. The amenities in the room are plentiful, including three types of hair ties and basic cosmetics, so I think women will find it even more of a bargain. I would recommend this business plan rather than staying at a regular business hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
