A great hotel in Daan for your stay in Taiwan. It's been several years since I've gone back and I was very happy with our group's stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and attentive and will provide advice for activities as well if you don't have a full itinerary planned! There's a lot of great izakayas around if that's your thing!

Enjoying Taipei at its Finest during our stay at Hotel HD Palace Having stayed at Hotel HD Palace gave us the feeling of being a royalty and a family at the same time. This hotel, as it name implies, has a simple yet elegant ambiance, a palace but with a homely feels. The facilities were being maintained with care and welcoming vibes. The view of Taipei 101 from the window of our room was mesmerizing, the bathroom with bathub and the built-in music was relaxing, the bed was comfortable but how we wished the pillows are smaller and more soft for comfort. The hotel lobby was always clean and welcoming. The whole team of the hotel were very accommodating and helpful especially when we needed anything to know about Taipei and its famous tourist spots. Tey have also recommended a well mannered and English speaking taxi drivers/tour guide in one. Though we travelled for business, we also enjoyed with leisure through their help. The only thing missing was their in-house restaurant (but nevertheless, the simple breakfast with bread and drinks, and the all day coffee and tea, and biscuits for snacks were highly appreciated). Minus the rain and weather changes, we really enjoyed going to their the tie up restaurant everyday, MOS Burger for breakfast, only few minutes walking distance from the hotel, a form of walking exercise. This hotel is also accessible to all that you need, from the famous tourist spots to train and bus stations to night market, restaurants, banks, even spas (a must try very good massage can be found beside the hotel). All in all, i will definitely go back, most probably next time, with my family. Thank you to Hotel HD Palace and keep on improving and keep the fire burning! Wishing you warm wishes and success! Not a 4 star hotel. No swimming pool, gym, other facilities. Only small cafe but no food served except few toast, coffee and tea for breakfast. The lady who runs the daily hotel management is defensive when we asked why no buffet breakfast like what was stated at the point we made our hotel booking. She said due to Covid, she doesn't have a chef since but Covid is long gone, and travellers are traveling again. Additional charge if additional pillow requested. Only 2 pillows provided. Bathroom walls are covered with molds. Will not recommend to family and friends.

Excellent hotel. Warm and informative staff. Room, shower, view all excellent. I was able to walk to 101 and the night market easily. Highly recommend.

Great service I was early in check in and they allowed me to check in early and even gave me an upgrade. Incredible. They even have bathtub - rare for four stars these days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
