I didn't find myself bad in this hotel. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price is much more advantageous. The staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is quite good, offering both savory and sweet options. The location is quite good: with a 15 minute walk you can reach the center. However, there are some flaws: parking is practically on the street and it is inevitable that in the morning you will find your car frozen; the rooms need to be spruced up, as they are a bit old; the soundproofing isn't the best; there is no elevator. Having said that, if you don't have many expectations, this hotel is fine for your stay in Innsbruck.

Great stay! The staff is very helpful, friendly and smiling. Breakfast service has lots of choice of food and a great view. The hotel is very near to the city centre by walk and/or by bus. Recommended

Nice small family owned B&B. The room was nice and cosy with a view of the mountains. Check in was fast and easy. The lady showed us the side entrance for when the reception is closed. She also showed us to our room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was good. We could also see the planes on the flight path to land. Breakfast was nice. Some cold meat, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, breads and cakes. There was a huge selection of homemade jams. The man asked us how we liked our eggs, and he brought our eggs a few minutes later. There were also juices, tea, and coffee from the machine. The staff were all nice and friendly. You could see water coming out from the rocks from the side of the hotel. Overall, we had a good night's stay here.

Lovely! A bit far out from the city, but the staff were very nice and the room was great. Very spacious for 4 people. Great view from the hotel patio as well.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
