We stayed in Nipponbashi Branch.The rooms were clean but the comfort room is kinda smelly. We booked 2 rooms last June 7-9, 2023. One of our rooms lacks some items like flashlight and lint roller, better check the room first and inform the counter about it. The service is ok. The location is good for anime lovers. There were anime figures everywhere. You can also buy electronic Gadget and different game consoles.

Great value & location with easy walking distance to Namba. Drink bar, shampoo & conditioner bar, manga library, etc. included with room, plus an conbini in the hotel on the 1st floor. View of Den den town (Nipponbashi) from some rooms. Also better service than other 3-star hotels at the front desk.

That the room is small that's OK, we knew that. But the bathroom is like on a train size. My legs were touching the front wall. Shower was not comfortable either. The breakfast place was crowded and we were told to come back later or take the food to the room when there were tables available. We were told they are reserved. When I asked the from desk if I should reserve a table for next morning I was told that they do not reserve tables for breakfast. Apparently, when they give you the tray, there is a yellow label that you place on the table to indicate it is taken. As no one really speaks English, they couldn’t explain that to us. The room was clean and front desk people were very helpful. Parking is very affordable. For the first night we had to use the Times parking (because the hotel parking was full) and it cost us ¥5600, compared to hotel parking for ¥1500.
