        I recently stayed in this hotel and my experience was good. Room and washroom was cleaned and hygienic. The only problem was the hot water for bath in winters…actually in Nepal everyone uses solar panel for hot water and unfortunately it doesn’t work properly in the morning so I had to take shower in cold water. I didn’t try the food. I got the room on the third floor and the view was so good in the morning and also as per the sunlight point of view ask them to provide you the room on the top floor. There telephone wasn’t working so i had to explicitly call the manager on their cellphone. I have booked the room only for one day but hotel manager was so helpful and agreed to provide the room on the Christmas Holiday(Room wasn’t available but somehow he adjusted) which I have not booked. Location was good, lake is just 100 metres away from the hotel and also there are so many Marwari pure vegetarian restaurants nearby this hotel so it’s an additional thing about this hotel. Market is also on walking distance so you can roam around in the night without any convinces.

        I booked online and recently checked in this hotel which was my biggest mistake. My experience was so horrible towards the room quality, chip and dirty bedsheets, blanket, window screens , transparent windows of bathroom, staff's attitude and their behaviour etc. The hotel rooms are mostly offered to men for one night stand. If you are a family then don't even think of staying here.

        Room was not clean. Especially the toilet. Water leakage. Foul smell inside the room. No wifi inside the room. Even after complaining to the hotel authorities, they were not able to provide a solutiom for wifi, they dint even had the courtesy to change the room. TV was there, but without connection. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

        DO NOT book your rooms in this hotel at all. I repeat do not. We had booked a hotel room in advance and when we tried to check in, we were told that the room was still occupied. When asked for a refund, came up with excuses. Had to wait for nearly 3 hours to check in. Never in my life have I had to face such a situation. TV does not work and the shower is just disgusting.
