This is the second time we’ve stayed here in 4 years. The room sizes aren’t great unless you get one at the end of the hall, but they’re perfect if all you need them for is a place to sleep and to store your belongings. The beds themselves aren’t soft but can’t argue for the price. Staff are lovely and at a bare minimum polite at all times. Would recommend for your first trip due to the location - haven’t had any issues travelling anywhere with the multiple station entrances within walking distance.

This is a great option for budget travelers and backpackers. We got the standard twin room for our Winter trip and it was perfect. We were given a room on the 9th floor and on the window, we are able to see the Tokyo Skytree. The room we got was small but clean and with basic necessities. We were able to rest during our stay. Reception is open 24 hours. Staff speaks good english too. We were able to check in early because our room was already available when we came. The hotel is also 8 minutes walk away from Ningyocho station which has a line connecting to Narita airport. Hence, traveling to the airport for departure was a breeze. There are a lot of food options around like Yoshinoya, some local Japanese restaurants and family mart. Overall great option.

Very convenient with many subway lines. Walkable to Tokyo station. I can see skytree from my room. Laundromat is on my floor too.

Extremely professional hotel with a great location to more local Japanese bars. Was very accommodating to a no nothing foreigner and as long as you are olay eith a small room you are good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
