Beautiful ambient and cozy hotel close to everything-the beach, 5th avenue, walmart and Ado bus station. The staff was very kind and helpful with information needed especially Omar and also the lady bringing breakfast. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced. Breakfast was very tasty with fruit, granola, eggs, toasts, cake and all kind Of soft drinks. Also you can fill up your bottle of water at anytime All in all it was a great experience and can be recommended. 10 out of 10

Small room with everything you need. Great service and helpful staff. The only minor complaint is the noise at night. There is a bar right across the street that plays very loud music pretty late into the night. If you're a heavy sleeper or night owl, it's no problem!

If you are a remote worker, this is not a place with strong WiFi. My calls dropped constantly. The employees are very kind and the inside offers an intimate feel. This is a place suitable for families due to the playground and pool. The area is not far from the bus station and main strip. The rooms are okay, water pressure was not good. There’s great air conditioning and a fan.

The common spaces are super lush and green with all the tropical plants you can imagine. It was really nice. The hotel itself is old, like it’s probably been in Playa del Carmen since the beginning lol. The rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms which are really small. The shower situation kinda sucks and although the water is hot, it’s super hard to adjust the temp. Also the shower curtains are no bueno and the entire bathroom gets wet. As other folks mentioned, the wifi sucks. But it’s close to everything and the staff were nice. There is free breakfast and it’s pretty good. Basic but good. Fruits, coffee, fresh juice, breads and eggs. Can’t complain about that part. I would say that the price is a bit steep compared to what else is out there but it’s a fine place to stay for a short while. It is loud tho. Like really loud if the bars, clubs, establishments around it happen to have live music. The first night the music was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Not the hotels fault but bring earplugs.

Beautiful hotel but INCREDIBLY NOISY during the night. The music is SO LOUD almost like you are in the club itself. I could hear the music, the base and people screaming or singing by the songs EVEN WITH EARPLUGS ON! There are no words to describe how annoyed I am. We would have asked to change rooms but it felt that the same noise would be everywhere in the hotel area. And they didn't show any willingness to help or reimburse when we expressed our frustration. The least they could do would be to offer good quality earplugs but they didnt, and my partner didn't have any. I cannot believe they rent rooms as hotel rooms, for people to sleep in them...nor that I have paid money to endure this. Totally not recommended for people who are here to explore and don't want to party every night till later than 1 am. Not to mention the bedsheets...they were not long enough to cover the entire bed!! which means that our feet were touching the bed..which was both disgusting and uncomfortable as you could feel touching different textures during the night. Oh and they have a fridge, which would be nice if it was actually plugged in....so totally USELESS the first day and the cleaning personel took it OUT of power on day 2...so no cold drinks any of the 3 days we stayed there. Speechless. The parking was ok even though limited to until 22.00 and the staff was overall friendly. 2 stars for the effort they probably put to preserve the jungle looking garden. We would NOT come back to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
