Firstly, the location was fantastic. So many good restaurant choices for dinner within a few minutes walk, if you decide not to venture too far at night. It is also close to Prado Museum and the Botanical Gardens. And about 20 mins walk to the Royal Palace, en route Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel. The reception staff ( I met a few over the 4 days) were very helpful. I arrived around noon, and they allowed me to check in early. I requested for a kettle and it was promptly brought up to my room. They also helped book a taxi for me to the airport for 5AM the next morning. The room was facing Calle d Prado which gets very busy at night, especially on Friday and Saturday. I expected a noisy night, but the moment I shut the window, the room was very quiet. My stay exceeded my expectation, and I would go back again, on the same budget.

Very good location. If you go by car keep in mind that the hotel is in low emission zone and check if your car meet the requirements. If you are with foreign license plates you need to submit car papers to get permission to enter the zone without fine. I submitted the COC and the registration of the car.The room was good enough. The view was to the emergency stairs, but it’s depends from the room that is chosen. The breakfast was terrible. The 3 “hot” dishes were stone cold, because the device that is supposed to keep them warm was switched off. Lot of tables not cleaned. We needed to clean table in order to sit.

The location was amazing, close to everything by foot and a lot of restaurants nearby. It was pretty quite at night. The staff was amazing as well, would definetly stay again and reccoment to friends

Such a conveniently located hotel - just a few minutes away on foot from the Prado museum and a 15-minute walk away from the Royal Palace. Great staff with a friendly, helpful attitude; and very clean rooms. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby. A great choice!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
