if i could leave -1 star, i would. i only stayed in this “hotel” because work put me up here for a conference but honestly, I’m not sure how this “hotel” is still in business. the ONLY thing I can say is that some of the front desk staff is very nice. my first room, the door didn’t lock from the outside. then I was given another room and the key didn’t work then we realized someone was actually staying in the room. the next room I stayed in for the rest of my stay, on my last night, i couldn’t get in and was told it was “blocked” with the key and I’d have to stay in another room without my stuff?? that was locked in my room that I couldn’t get into. there were no other rooms available but finally they got me into my “locked” room. never attempted to try the breakfast included. the whole place is just a joke. can’t understand how this is even considered a hotel or how people continue to book and stay here… i don’t get it.

I booked this room last minute, and I found the location to be convenient with a decent room. However, the experience took a downturn after checking out. I realized I left my perfume on the shelf, which I had used during my stay. Upon contacting the reception, they reported that nothing was found. Unfortunately, it seems someone took it for sure. Disappointing end to an otherwise satisfactory stay

This hotel is really in need of an update. The reception staff are friendly however from there is where the problems really start. The carpet in the room desperately needs replacing, it is stained, dirty and smells when the window is not open. The room is incredibly small and I was there by myself, I don’t know how 2 people could comfortably move around such a small space. The bathroom is tiny and small and smells of damp, however the pressure in the shower was high. The bed is very uncomfortable and both nights I woke up several times due to such an unsupportive pillow. I appreciate it is unusual to be this warm in October, so the window was open, the noise from outside it very loud and I woke up every hour on the hour. The fan that was provided was covered in dust on the inside, I reluctantly used it as I couldn’t sleep with the window open anymore. Finally the decor of the room is so dated, the tv wasn’t straight on the wall and there is no digital tv, which means most of the channels do not work. I would advise staying somewhere else.

All their rooms are without an Air Condition, this is not mentioned clearly anywhere. The rooms are not clean, the infrastructure inside is very old, the walls are so thin that the neighbors sounds are heard clearly. Had a terrible experience. The hotel is not worth the price that is being charged. Only staff are supportive especially the receptionists. Do not chose this hotel if you expect it to be like an Ibis styles hotel across the globe.

The worst place and attitude I have ever experienced in hotel or any service in my life. If you have another option - DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. it's just not worth it. Rooms are small, dirty, toilet is basically in the room, level is not the best from what I saw. Area is also not the nicest.. But above it all is the attitude of hotel manager - both how she treats her customers and also her employees. It really makes you uncomfortable to stay in place like that. I made a booking for 7 people, and because of new receptionists mistake, all of us lost nearly 1400 eur, and we didn't have a place to stay for our Paris trip. And even if it was hotels fault, they still charged me with "no show" cancellation fee, just disappointing and shameful shady place. Really. Best not to stay, for your own good. I'm sad that I even have to write review like this.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
