Two good things and only two. Staff and location. The street is near a lot of corean and Japanese places to eat. The room was tiny and wasn’t clean. I found a ticket from another person in the desk from a month ago. The bathroom had a lot of hair from other guests. We paid 400 euros for 2 nights and it feels incredibly expensive for what it is. The air conditioner looks 20 years old and is very noisy. Oh if you are travelling with a pram or you need to use a wheelchair be careful becase you need to climb stairs to use the lift and the lift is also tiny.

Location was excellent for the price, short and nice walk to the louvre with multiple metro stations within a few minutes. Staff where always there to accommodate us and our needs, they remembered our names and welcomed in when ever we returned, Room is on the cramp side but I can’t really complain with the price we paid, the bed was very comfy and clean. For a short 2 night stay couldn’t have asked for anything more really. For anyone traveling as a 17 year old the hotel allowed me and my girlfriend to stay, all they needed was a signed parental consent form.

Definitely understand why it’s a 3-star hotel. I don’t know if it was just the room given to us but the rooms are definitely not made for a family (sure a small family will fit with only one kid though) the staff is really nice above all, we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but the options weren’t very good (from our point of view) the first 2 nights someone tried to unlock our door I understand that they might’ve been confused and the hotel had nothing to do with this but still if you get scared easily it could happen and then in our second to last night someone knocked on our door but as if it was like the police we called the reception and said it wasn’t them so there was definitely someone trying to give us a scare, also the shower it’s so small if you’re above say 4”5 ft you are not going to fit in their showers(unless it was only our room that had a small shower). Above all it’s an average place to stay(definitely could’ve been worse) I could stay here again but not for longer than 5 days if I’m coming for a long stay 10+ days I would look somewhere else

I was upgraded from another hotel to this one, I got a bigger room but I also got woken up at 8am by the building work going on on the floor below my room (you know, that pleasant sound of drilling that sounds like the dentist), and the walls were paper thin so I could hear everything in the room next door including the chap going to the toilet as all that separated me from his bathroom was a locked door. Also the room was boiling and the aircon didn't work other than to make loud gargle noises randomly. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel really isn't good - unless I just got unlucky with my room of course...

Rooms are small and dirty, had to wait 20 minutes in the cold as they don't have 24h reception and you have to wake someone up to get back in after 11PM. Breakfast - You're better off going to the bakery down the road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
