Great place to stay in Madrid. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed. It's a bit far from the city center (Prado museum) and looks like it is in an industrial/business area neighborhood. The public transport (metro) is 1 km away and 20 minutes by walk. But the room was good with all the facilities (including fridge and hot water kettle). The reception staff were helpful. We did not try the breakfast. The reception, waiting area is spacious and the Cafe across the street is quite good as well. And the location is quite close to the airport. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great staff and facilities. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and appreciated. The food was varied, of a massive selection and very good quality, catering to many many tastes. The bar staff moved all over the hotel and remembered you ,and they were extremely competent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, who you could tell all loved their jobs. The room was a standard twin room, and very nice and spacious, no complaints at all. We were away for my Birthday, something which was not mentioned to the hotel, yet after returning from Madrid we arrived back to our room to find a surprise - An ice bucket of champagne, with 2 glasses, a box of Lindt Chocolates .We couldn't have been more surprised, it was a fantastic gesture which the hotel took upon themselves to do, obviously someone must have noticed by DOB on the documents and decided to surprise us. This was absolutely amazing and I cant thank Ilunion enough for this. Best place I have been to and will return next year, I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Thank you!

Great hotel, quiet neighborhood and close to public transportation. Staff is super friendly and they really have policies to make environmental improvements. Food is great, nice breakfast buffet and rooms are clean and with all the basic things fa you need during your stay. Won’t hesitate to book it on every visit !

The 28 by the Guinness bar across the road gets you into the old town .breakfast not worth it and opened at 07:30 but lift says 07:00 free parking outside hotel in a safe looking area

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
