I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel ILUNION Almirante in Barcelona during December, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to key attractions in Barcelona. Whether it was exploring the city or accessing public transportation, the central location made everything effortlessly accessible. The rooms were not only clean but also the perfect size, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The attention to cleanliness contributed to a pleasant stay, and the well-designed rooms added to the overall satisfaction. I would highly recommend Hotel ILUNION Almirante to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Barcelona. For a city break, it’s fine. No it’s not 4 star luxury, but if you’re looking for somewhere to rest at night in the gothic quarter, it’s okay. Location-wise it’s very hard to beat. Breakfast, very basic. Bread, cheeses, cold meats, fruit and coffee in buffet form. The room is dated, but sufficient for how long you’re likely to spend in there. The walls are quite thin, but it wasn’t exactly noisy either. Crucially, the beds were comfy. Staff are kind. Very happy to help. Overall, it did the job. Some of the reviews on here would lead you to think that it’s much worse than it really is.

The staff were just excellent. They ensured our every need was catered for and even allowed us to choose the hotel as the drop off and pick up location for the mobility scooter we rented. The staff wished us a good day when we left and asked us how our days were when we returned - which we, as people persons, really appreciated. They kept us informed of everything that we needed to know and sorted any issues we had within the hour. The hotel is in a perfect location for tourists and offers a competitive price for its rooms.

This is definitley not a 4 star hotel and having booked for my partners birthday trip I was very disappointed. The room was very dark and had barely any natural light, bed was very uncomfortable and despite us being out for the majority of the day our room wasn't cleaned at all during our 4 day stay. We had breakfast once and all we managed to get was toast its not like buffet breakfasts I've had before in other hotels in barcelona it's toast, cold meats and cake that are not topped up throughout breakfast so if you're not there first thing you're not likely to get much considering the price to add breakfast on this was a real shame. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the location and being walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit but it's not somewhere I will stay again

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I got robbed while I was sleeping through my balcony door. The staff will show you fake smiles and pretend they care when they don’t. I honestly suspect the theft was an inside job. DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s no where near a 4star hotel either. They will argue against it, but I know what I experienced. The owners of this hotel are a disgrace

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
