Our visit to the Hotel Ilunion Auditori left us with a mediocre impression. We read a lot of positive reviews about the hotel beforehand, which is why we decided to stay here with my wife. Unfortunately, we have to refute all these positive opinions. The first unpleasant experience was that the walls of our room were very dirty. This reduced our sense of comfort and we did not feel like we were in a really clean environment. The door to the bathroom was wet and we couldn't close it, which was also unpleasant for us. It should be a basic piece of equipment and cater to expectations. The pool at the top of the hotel was very small and there was little furniture in the area. This was disappointing because we were not able to comfortably use the pool and relax in the grounds. In our opinion, the quality of the hotel's services deserves 2 stars rather than the standard we originally expected. However, it must be admitted that its location is very good, it is close to many attractions and conveniently accessible to the main points of the city. The helpfulness of the receptionists and the delicious breakfast should be highlighted as positives. This shows that some areas of the hotel still have a high level of service. We hope that the hotel management will continue to improve its services in order to provide its guests with an even better experience in the future.

We enjoyed this hotel and would stay again. Great central location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean with a good shower and a comfortable bed, and was totally quiet at night. The breakfast was good quality with a lot of choice, and very good value at 8€ pp. I loved that the hotel was actively pet friendly. I travel a lot with my small dog, and this was the first place we've ever had a room set up for her, with a bed, bowls, treats and a toy - usually there's a pet surcharge with no extras included, so it was nice to have a welcome pack for the reasonable 25€ pet fee (another hotel in BCN wanted a 200€ deposit in cash!). Just a note, especially as this hotel has a great inclusivity policy - the shower was in a high sided bath so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. I expect they have rooms with accessible showers, but this should be requested.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel and it is 20 mins walking distance away from most attractions in Barcelona. The room is standard and the daily cleaning service is offered. I'm not very fussy with the perks of the hotel as I'm just sleeping at the hotel by night and out in the city by day. If you value hotels with big swimming pools, room service, romantic views etc then this is not for you and I'd advise to not stay in the city because afterall your here to see the city not spend your holiday inside a building (this is for those people that want to be pedantic) 👍

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
