We had a 3 night stay here. Staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly.Willing to help with everything. Breakfast in the morning was lovely.Staff were so good at this.They worked hard and food was amazing. The bar was nice to sit at after an evening but did get busy and sometimes the bar staff had a lot to do however this is a minor issue as the bar staff were brilliant and again so friendly. Hotel was mostly very clean and again the staff were doing some shifts. Only hitter for me was the ongoing work/upgrade to the hotel that isn’t mentioned.Some stuff left outside our door and sawdust unfortunately travelled into our bedroom.

We stayed at this hotel in November and were very pleased with our choice. It is not near the main city center, but we knew that- There is a taxi rank just outside of the building, plus a metro station 5 minutes away. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included, and a very wide choice of food was available. We would come here again. Note: There are restaurants and bars nearby and we felt safe walking the short distance.

Good location, nice and helpful staff who speak good English. The rooms were clean, large enough for a family of 3 and with a nice view to the sea from the 7th floor. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet close to the beach and Llacuna metro stop with quick connections to the main attractions. Nice breakfast area, fresh orange juice all the time and tasty home made bakery.

The lobby is nice, but the rooms were not clean. The bathroom's grout was moldy and the floors weren't clean. I had to ask for new spoons at the restaurant because both of the spoons in the hotel weren't washed well (they had old Nutella or something stuck on them). Not the 4 star hotel that's advertised.the location is ok. It's three or four blocks from the beach and it's easy to get a taxi.

Check in/out was quick. Rooms are Okay, nothing special. The pool on the top floor is very small, if you expect to swim, no, more for refreshment. As I am vegan, breakfast is normal hotel for Spain, fruits and vegan cheese was a nice surprise, no olives 🤣

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
