Nice hotel which was only a few minutes walk away from the Sagrada Familia and lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Our room was quite spacious. Although there in early January, it was very warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to make much difference. The shower room was large and well equipped. Rooms were made up every day, with fresh towels as required. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and really friendly. Reception was bright and airy with lots of seating nearby. The check in/out process was quick and efficient. Breakfast was served at the back of the Reception area and the food was more varied than we expected (including a few hot dishes e.g. scrambled egg). We were expecting a cafe bar in the hotel but there wasn't however there were bars next door. Overall, we were delighted with the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Alberto was always happy and helpful in the morning at breakfast. The reception staff will help with information or a taxi. The rooms were cleaned daily. If we visit Barcelona again I would definitely use this hotel.

Pros: friendly staff Modern stylish hotel Location is great, 5min walk to Metro underground and also 10 min walk to Sagrida Familia. Cons: upon arrival I was given a room which was already occupied which was awkward but was given another room straight away. There was a time I was not given fresh towels after cleaning. The air conditioning did not work, however the heating worked fine. Had to open the window if it got too hot. Would definitely come back and stay!

In the photo you can see their "Pet Friendly" room that they advertise with a nice and shiny window. You will practically be in the basement, if you are unlucky as we were you will be out of warm water too for a whole day, without even apology. On top of that if you have a small kid with you that likes to crawl around and under the bed make sure to wash him afterwards since the photo below can explain cleanliness status better than words can. Way below the 4 star hotel they claim to be.

Really good stay. Nice and comfty hotel and clean very big hall. Staff was excellent, especially Nico and Graciela. We will take in our heart their kindness and their treatment. We will definitely come back in a future. Would be lovely a Bar and restaurant at night

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
