The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom gave me cruise vibes. I would say our room had a good view especially with the sunrise. There is a safe in the room, a small pool out back, and a good variety breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a decent location, with a 10 minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The staff are nice. I highly recommend and would stay here again next time.

Stayed for 5 nights, enjoyed the hotel. Clean and welcoming, good high-quality buffet breakfast available. The pool side could be extended to accommodate more guests as there was sometimes a struggle for claiming a sun lounger with the limited space available. Would also benefit from a pool-side bar. Other than that, it's a great stay!

We got free promotion to ilunion Valencia 4 (in the same building) instead of booked 3:) so we were really happy. Good location - metro, tram, supermarkets. Outstanding view from the room. Friendly stuff. Breakfast for additional payment, tasty but could be cheaper )

Spend a few nights here during a citytrip. Foe myself the location was perfect, walking distance for the metro, not to busy and enough to see. I didn't spend a lot of time here (you know, citytrip...), but the room was good, not a lot of noise. For breakfast I had to go to Ilunion 4 (maintenance), which was just a few seconds walking. For dinner, the staff had a few good recommendations. The hotel was close to a few restaurants which were good (see other reviews) I would go here another time if I would visit Valencia again.

An Ibis at the price of a real hotel. See my pictures. Room not practical at all. As a solo traveler I was given a room with an extra bed (for 3 people) where the table, chair and suitcase holder had all been pushed against the window, rendering the room only suitable for using the bed. And as any Ibis there is no water, fridge, kettle... nothing. Plain room, which I couldn't even reach due to the extra bed. Bathroom is from Ibis. Noisy, with water tasting funny, only 1 soap/shampoo tube, bare minimum. The team at reception was nice, and the hotel is very near the metro. Two stars for that. Price: as a proper hotel, not the 70euro//night I would expect for an Ibis hotel rebranded. I would pay a bit more and stay in a proper hotel where i can use the room and wash my hair.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
