        It is like a boutique hotel with fun and trendy lobby and roof top. Easily located within Kyoto station (5min walk). Although it is not a full hotel with restaurant that serves breakfast, nor 24/7 reception/housekeeping, the reception counter will be available from 11am to 8pm daily, and there will be clearing of bins and changing towels daily. Kitchenette and laundry (coin operated washer & dryer) areas are useful for tourists too. Most importantly, the service by the staff is impressive. 1) they are very responsive to emails. Prior to arrival, I had many queries, and also asked for help to receive items I had ordered to be delivered to the front desk prior to my arrival. 2) I asked for details of airport express bus service, such as where to get the tickets and board the bus. Firstly, they helped to call to make reservation on my behalf. They then took the effort to walk to the ticketing counter at bus bay areas (5min away from hotel) to snap some photos and emailed to me. We are very touched and impressed but such extra mile services that they took, despite challenges communicating. They strive to give their best services to the tourists.         Absolutely beautiful hotel and experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family of four with two small children. The room was gorgeous, the guest lounge area was very useful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to Kyoto station. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

        Amazing hotel! Mr Sorato and Ms Ai made us feel completely at ease and welcomed. They were extremely friendly and enthusiastically introduced spots with good food for us to try. There are many amenities at the common area such as a microwave and a fridge, and the rooms are huge and cozy. There is even a roof top area for all to relax at! The hotel is also very accessible from Kyoto station, just a 5 minutes walk away. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

        Amazing hotel, fantastic location, perfect for families! It was really difficult choosing a hotel in Japan as there are many reviews on how small the spaces are and with 2 kids under 4 it was a struggle selecting however this hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms and bathrooms are huge and very clean. They have so many helpful facilities like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machines etc. We would definitely love to return and would recommend this hotel 100% for our family and friends. The position is also so convenient and so many things within walking distance (including a train line!). Sorato - THANK YOU for your hospitality and information during our stay. Our family felt incredibly welcome and it felt like a 'home away from home'. We wish you all the best for you and your family. Thank you again so much for everything!

        This place is conveniently located with incredibly friendly staff. The rooms are clean and pleasant and the hotel is reasonably new. There are plenty of little activities in the lobby or on the rooftop, making it perfect for both family fun and relaxing with a drink.
