For what you pay definitely worth a stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are alright and clean. Breakfast could have more variety but for 9€ buffet is all right even tho it was not the biggest selection

12/10 - The windows in Europe that we've come across have no window screens. There was a spider outside the window. My mom and I couldn't handle it, but wanted the window open. The receptionist, while laughing, took care of it. UPSTANDING JOB. Free parking close by up the street. Pick the side the hotel is on. 9 euro breakfast. A little pricey for it, but nice to have access in the room. Rooms were spacious, full bathroom, lights and charge plug in by both beds. Cupboard, and little table. Felt over all fairly clean. Not perfect (some stains here or there), but clean. Overall quite enjoyed our experience there.

We stayed at Hotel Imperial for two nights in July 2023. Overall we had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast was amazing. A great buffet spread with hot and cold items. Slight downside was that the rooms were a little small. The rooms are a real flashback to the 70s and 80s, though for me, that was really cool as they were really well maintained. I would stay here again. Adding air-conditioning would be major suggestion for future refurbishments.

Well honestly I thought even worse given the reviews, but there's a lot of negative aspetcs here! In fact, it's a hotel that doesn't cost much but also because not much is offered, in fact you shouldn't have many pretensions. The rooms are very small, without any comfort, the bathroom is microscopic, beds are uncomfortable (non-existent pillow) and you can hear everything that is said and done in the other rooms of your floor. Room cleaning is not provided, it is only on request. I had read very positive comments about the breakfast but in reality it is really very poor...To reach the center it is not difficult but the area in which it is located does not offer much, it is quite depressing indeed. If you want to settle this hotel is fine, but otherwise I recommend you stay elsewhere, in a nicer area, closer to the center and in a much better hotel...

The first day we had a horrible receptionist who was completely overwhelmed with her work and very impatient and rude. She couldn't find our booking and implied that this was our fault even after showing her all the booking and payment details we had. After we wanted to move aside to let waiting people go first as they got impatient she got very rude to them as well. The rooms were okey and decent enough for the price so all in all we were satisfied.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
