I would not recommend staying here to anyone what so ever. We have had four rooms booked for a couple months and upon showing up we had to be taken to three different rooms before getting rooms with lighting that does not work. The beds and sheet are disgusting and covered in stains. The toilet in our room had feces stained in the toilet that obviously hasn’t been clean. The guy work the front desk couldn’t not care less either because he apparently only works once a month so it’s “not his problem”

Stayed here for 2 nights on a higher floor when the weather was still chilly, but it already felt quite stuffy as there's no AC - the fans we borrowed from the reception helped just a little. The building itself and the style are old-fashioned but well-maintained. The Comfort Double Room with Sofa Bed we stayed in was quite spacious - the double bed was good but the sofa bed was rather small and uncomfortable. It's within walking distance to metros, although not too close. The breakfast options were decent.

I have booked a room one month prior my trip. When arriving at 10.30pm at the check-in. I recieve a room directly under the roof. The roof windows do not have a working AC and the windows in those rooms can not open. You can imagine the heat of such a room in end of June. On my registration papers, however, I see that a room in the 5th floor has been reserved for me (which makes sense given I booked in times before the hotel was outbooked). When asking the reception, I get a reply that this is the way the management handles it, even if it is unfair, the normal rooms are served to those who check-in early, and those which arrive late, even if booked well in advance and paid in advance, get a room which is absolutely below the standard I paid for. Further, the lights next to the bed was not working either. The receptionists were nice and apologized, though no free drink is worth the lack of comfort I got. I will never book here again.

No AC ! No Refund ! No nothing!! business trip for Eurobike. staying for a week， No AC in this hot season！！！ No AC for whole rooms!!! The manager told us there’s nothing they can do.. they suggested us to open the window.. We were trying to cancel the rest 5nights they are only willing to refund 20% for the rest days. Very disappointed， Very upset I Will definitely not recommend this hotel

Great choice if you want to stay in Frankfurt. Short walk to Bockenheimer U-Bahn Warte, many restaurants nearby. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast with variety. Rooms are spacious and clean with standard accoutrements. Only thing to note that there is no AC; only a problem during summer and is worse on the higher floors. All else makes up for that though, so 5 stars it is.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
