So my wife and I stayed here over the weekend of the SEC Championship. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable, but that’s about as good as it got. The bar service was absolutely horrible!! We were seated at a table and literally waited an hour before a waiter ever came to get our drink order. Then we waited another hour before we were served the drinks. The best part is after an hour and 30 mins later the manager came over and asked if we need anything, we said we would like some food… he said sorry we just closed the kitchen. But to top it all off… my wife left a pair of expensive jeans in the room, I called the very next day after we got home and were told they couldn’t find them!!!! I know they were there and some dishonest housekeeper decided she needed them more. So beware !! Make sure you have all your stuff before you leave because your never going to get it back!!

Good place with comfortable rooms. HOWEVER, some staff at reception made mistakes in our reservation. I had to ask for missing breakfast coupons on 2 mornings because on first time they didn’t solve their mistake completely. Most importantly, the information they provided on Booking didn’t mention the restrictions on breakfast. You may have to PAY MORE, even if the booking details on Booking clearly state that your breakfast is included within your reservation. (Even some servers don’t even know there’s a “rule”on what you can order for free… ridiculous) So my suggestion is, either change breakfast to buffet to make sure no one starve and make your life easier, or state clearly that your breakfast included is not totally free and write that information clearly on Booking, before ppl make a reservation. The servers were nice though, my 2 star goes merely to the manager of this hotel.

The staff here were all so nice. The bartender made me a drink even though they were closed. Breakfast was decent. The pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel and the shower was nice and roomy. The room has a kureg with k cups. You do have to valet for $50 per night which is expensive so keep it in mind. The elevator situation is also a bit inconvenient you have to go on two elevators. My view was of a parking garage so I had to keep the curtains closed. The downtown area is lacking I wouldn’t stay in this area again but would 100% stay at an indigo location elsewhere.

I would say it’s a pretty nice place. But you have to take two elevators if you’re above the 2nd floor, a bit weird and a minor inconvenience. Parking is valet only and crazy expensive, but par for the course in this area. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the aquarium and Coca Cola World and centennial park. Close to different dining options as well. The bar downstairs, which is also a restaurant, seemed to be out of a lot of stuff, but it’s also a holiday weekend so I’ll chalk it up to that. The breakfast options are limited but I have to say quite good. The pancakes and bacon were delicious and the coffee was great! The rooms are newer and clean. Pretty quiet too. Bed and pillows are pretty comfortable. However the heat is odd. Never really warms up in the room but not freezing so it wasn’t the worst. Overall good place and I would stay again.

We had a great stay at Hotel Indego down town Atlanta. Every person we encountered at the front was nothing short of amazing!!!! The hotel was clean, food was good even the guest was friendly. Hotel was 10 minutes from every where we went this weekend. Would definitely stay again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
