I stayed here while attending a show at The Fox. It's right across the street from the theater. Extremely convenient. The rooms are nice. The bathrooms are extremely small. Like very small but the shower is spacious. The staff is very friendly and nice. The elevator in the parking deck was broken but one of the men helped me take my luggage to my car. I'd definitely stay here again.

The first interaction that I had with a member of the staff, was a phone call to find out where to park. Nicole answered the phone and was very pleasant, friendly and informative. She made sure to stay on the phone with me until I found the garage. She showed me my room, and when I saw how small the restroom was, she offered a different room with a larger one. Nicole is very personable and does everything she can to make you feel right at home and safe. The bartender, Spencer was amazing as well. Anytime someone walked into his area, he immediately greeted them with a genuine smile and kept the drinks & food flowing! He held conversations with everyone at the bar while he worked, and even kept an eye out on the front door. There was a homeless person coming in to camp out and he jumped right on getting them out of there. This team truly cares about their visitors and takes pride in their work. I'll definitely be back!

Stayed here for a show at the Fox Theatre and the location was perfect! Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. This area of town is very walkable. Onsite parking garage for $40 with in and out privileges during your stay. Cierra at the front desk was phenomenal! She made the stay even better.

Best Staff I have ever encountered. I travel a lot for work and it's hard to be away from home. The folks at Hotel Indigo made me feel welcome and went above and beyond for my stay. The employees Cierra, Nicole and TJ are truly incredible and such hospitable people. After my 11 day stay I was sad to leave this place! I hope to come back again for business! Great location for accessibility to good restaurants and things to do. Bathrooms are small but honestly not that crazy if you have ever traveled in Asia, Europe and New York. Would recommend to others! The Staff are truly what make this place so special.

The hotel is beautiful and eclectic. The rooms are small but comfortable. They warn you about how small the bathrooms are, but they're serviceable. The only problem I had was trying to get breakfast at 9 AM on a Tuesday morning. There was only one guy serving, and I only saw him pop out a couple of times (maybe they were short-staffed), and, after 30 minutes, I finally ordered. When nothing arrived, not even my coffee, after 20 more minutes, I canceled and left. Baffling.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
