It’s still a few weeks before our stay here, but the front desk phone service was so outstanding at this hotel that I wanted to go ahead and leave a quick review. I spoke with super-friendly Karl, who was able to answer all my questions and book the room we wanted, quickly and professionally with no hassles (in stark contrast to the off-site call center reservations line, which was only interested in making me listen to sales pitches for special offers and quoting me rates for the most expensive rooms). If everyone who works at this hotel is as awesome as Karl, this will be an amazing stay. Thanks, Karl! Looking forward to meeting all the staff in person.

Had an amazing time at Hotel Indigo in Austin! Our room was clean and cute, and the hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Karl checked us in and was extremely professional and courteous. Valerie at Ladybird provided us with excellent service and wonderful food and drinks. Alessia was always kind and helpful with anything we needed. All of the staff were wonderful!! I will definitely book this hotel without hesitation. Additionally, I was totally stoked the staff was completely unaffected by how hot my girlfriend was, which was nice. This has caused problems in the past, with staff having difficulties remaining focused and on task around her, but not here!! Thank you, Hotel Indigo!!!

Staff is fantastic, everyone from the valet to the front desk, super friendly and helpful. The toilet flush can be a bit finicky and the parking fees are really high ($40 per night) but I overheard someone asking if they could park their own car and the valet gave some tips for an alternative which I really appreciated. Gym is nice with good views (perfect sunrise opportunity), pool area is beautiful and has another bar set up (not sure hours on the bar). Really thoughtful amenities overall and well designed.

The hotel itself is very nice. Well decorated with a local flair, very nice rooms. The people were all very friendly. I was only there one night on a Monday for a business trip so it wasn’t a wild night, but the location is very close to night life, so keep that in mind. If you’re looking for quiet and relaxing, this is probably not your pick. If you’re looking to experience Austin and party, awesome location. I might’ve just been there on an off night but I wasn’t able to get room service for dinner or breakfast, which I was hoping for so I could just enjoy my room with the downtown view. And the espresso machine was broken. The room itself was very nice but there is an outlet shortage.. even at the desk there was no outlet. I had to plug in my laptop behind the fridge. One side of the bed didn’t have an outlet at all. And Parking is $40 daily, even as a guest of the hotel.. but it is valet at least. Those are my critiques but overall a good experience and a nice hotel.

We visited Hotel Indigo in Austin tonight for our stay. We received a warm welcome and an incredibly helpful staff. After a long day of travel, Tunji at the bar served us with a smile right away! Not only was he a great bartender but a great conversationalist. What a contagious energy to start off our time in Austin. I left the bar with a smile on my face!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
