During my recent stay at Hotel Indigo Bangkok, I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, the General Manager. Her politeness and liveliness set a welcoming tone for the entire visit. The rooms at the hotel are a testament to thoughtful design, boasting a unique and appealing aesthetic that stands out. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the cleanliness of the pools, which were well-maintained without the overpowering smell of chlorine—a rare find in city hotels. The lobby's decoration was another highlight, showcasing a blend of modernity and comfort. The breakfast service was exceptional, featuring a wide range of options including an eggs station, a noodle bar, and various other offerings. It was always prompt and thoroughly satisfying. The staff at Hotel Indigo deserves special mention for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the hotel's location is a bit of a walk from the nearest mall, the area is safe and clean, making the stroll quite pleasant. This slight distance does nothing to diminish the hotel's appeal and, in fact, adds to the tranquil ambiance. Overall, my experience at Hotel Indigo Bangkok was nothing short of five stars. It's an excellent choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and friendly place to stay in Bangkok.

Absolutely stunning interiors and decor of the highest quality, generously sized rooms and bathrooms have great fixtures. The location is in a nice part of town, central, and very convenient. The service from the front desk, unfortunately, was not on par for a 5 star hotel. We had booked our room 10 months in advance for my wife’s birthday, and we arrived in Bangkok tired after traveling for the better part of the day to find that our room was not ready even at 3:45pm. The front desk offered no explanation or apology, insisted that they had given us an “upgrade” (which was , unfortunately, the exact same room type that I had booked and paid for😀), forgot to send up our luggage. The next day it took us 7 hours and 4 phone calls to front desk to get broken glass cleaned out from the bathroom. The rest of the staff were fantastic and friendly. We really hope that service improves since it is such a stunning hotel.

Breakfast is great quality and very diverse. Staff is well trained and super friendly. Rooms are the cleanest, as well as facilities e.g. fitness, pool. The design is modern and creative. Rooftop bar is also very enjoyable. Thank you 🙏🏻

Good: very nice room with balcony. Facing to park. Many staffs offered good help. Especially wonderful restaurant services. Delicious breakfast with varieties. Good ihg credit system. Bad: arrival didn’t go smoothly. No body helped me with luggages which I really needed badly after long flight and transport in Bangkok. Maybe because I walked in. I saw they ran towards to help with people if they come by car:( This is not hotel fault: There was a Canadian man smoking cigarettes at pool around the corner so that the pool staff wouldn’t see. Although the sign said smoking not allowed. He tipped ashes and cigarettes bud to pool. I tried to stop him by pointing the sign. but he said :”did wind blow to you “and asked hostility about my nationality. Maybe in his country the wind blows only in one way I guess.

Hotel Indigo is a fabulous property. The view from the sky bar is unmatched!! Gin and Tonic with a view. The rooms are decorated with elegance and a fine touch of luxury. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
