I had an extraordinary experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we felt sincerely valued as a guest. The rooms were beautiful and modern. The staff provided excellent service, particularly the housekeeping team, who kept our room clean all through. A special thanks to Hari from housekeeping. I appreciated the fact that room service was always available. I'd absolutely recommend Hotel Indigo; they made my stay memorable.

What do I have to say about this hotel! Starting with the handsome gentlemen who were there to serve us in a really professional and lovely manner! Derek! Thank you so much for everything, thank you for your patience 😂🙏🏻 You are the reason we even considered staying at the hotel! How lucky they are to have you! You are really great at marketing in a unique way 👍🏼 In my opinion, the people who meet the public in general are the basis of comfort and the first impression of the place! We were trialling a pet friendly stay and the staff, amenities and welcome were fantastic. Our small dog was welcomed by all and we never felt it was a problem anywhere in the hotel. The rooms are spacious quirky with a huge bed and great bathroom. Could not fault and all of the staff from front desk to restaurants were amazing.

Simply a great hotel, great location on walking distance to the Dubai Mall and most importantly, very clean, high quality service and kind staff. I stayed 7 nights with my family and we have had a great experience and they offer a great selection of breakfast. Only thing for future guests to consider, after 13 am the pool will be in the shade (which was totally fine for us with a baby). The hotel knows about this and as an alternative they offer free shuttle to the Kite beach every day. In a nutshell, very clean rooms and very kind and helpfull staff. Nothing is too much asked, thank you very much again and definitely until next time!

Overall, excellent hotel. Easy and friendly check in, very helpful to bring my bags to the room (didn’t even want a tip!?!?)- also, wonderful shower, and comfortable bed. Staff even walked me to the corner to direct me to the Dubai mall (which is very easy to get to- only 10min walk). Strange AC system- had a little difficulty getting the temperature correct, but it wasn’t a problem. Staff brought a little desert after dinner- was thoroughly impressed! Would stay here again no problem!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
