Beautiful hotel, located in the muggle part of Edinburgh, yet with breathtaking views and in very short walking distance of all the magic. Our room was spacious, clean and charming. The view from our room delivered the joy of seeing the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city life and the sun setting and rising from behind the city. All the staff is friendly and helpful and both mornings breakfast was of high quality. Saturday night we explored the hotel bar, and even though the drinks aren't as spectacular as the website makes believe, the flavors were there and the atmosphere great. Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable experience, next trip to Edinburgh chances are very high I'll book a room at Hotel Indigo Edinburgh again!

I would like to commend reception (Kevin, I believe) for his integrity in letting me know that the problem with my booking was caused internally, and for his professionalism in rectifying the error. He did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of and that I had a pleasant stay. It was much appreciated, and for that reason I will be back next time I visit the city. The room itself was delightfully charming, clean and quiet. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located. Highly recommend.

I really like this hotel... except my room has a lot of things broken in it. The bathroom sink faucet was loose from the sink itself so you had to be gentle when turning it on. The towel rack did not work. The hairdryer didn't work either. It's also weird that there is no wall charger for the hair dryer in the bathroom. Reception, room service and maintenance service is great. Location is the best. Right in front of the Edinburgh Xmas markets and the Balmoral and Waverly train station.

Very classy little hotel, right in the middle of Edinburgh. Across the street from the Waverly train station, this hotel is very central to old town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room we had was very impressive with a phenomenal view of the city, a bed that was extremely comfortable, and decorations that were unique and stylish. My only complaint is that we requested a late checkout upon arrival, and we were called at the normal checkout time inquiring as to why our room wasn't vacant, but they were quick to remedy the situation without incident. I would gladly stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
