Great beautiful hotel just opened. Glad it opened in time for our Christmas trip. Service is amazing. We arrived on Christmas night so a lot of stores and services were closed. Staff helped my family w/ babies get settled it and situated and kept checking in to make sure I had everything I need. Location also very convenient to walk to city center cathedral and tons of shops restaurants.

Loved the atmosphere and the staff is so kind, the only thing is that the room cleaning service comes in, I didn't like that because I'm not a trustful person but the rest was amazing, and beds were much more comfortable, a thing that is pretty rare for hotels.

Happy to have stayed here! Why? 1) newly renovated hotel: perfect room, super comfortable bed and a thousand comforts at our disposal; 2) very intriguing decor and style of the hotel... there are constant references to the city of Florence, its history, its colours; 3) strategic position: we arrived by train in S.M.Novella and in 5 minutes on foot we were at the hotel (still close to all the wonders of the historic centre); 4) the Team is hospitable in a sincere and spontaneous way! Everyone is adorable and smiling... Well done!

One day stopover, just entered.... Wow 🤩, it's truly a beautiful hotel 🏨! Modern, with attention to the smallest details. Courteous, friendly staff. The beautiful room with all possible comforts, bed with the Topper which made us sleep wonderfully well. We were practically the first customers, the hotel has only been open for a few days, and even if the staff kept apologizing for the awkwardness at the beginning, for us guests everything was perfect. We wish you good luck, lots of luck and success.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is very well located, as it is next to the train station, which is excellent for when you also want to visit the cities near Florence. The hotel is very well renovated. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The decoration reminds us of our experience in Florence. The staff are attentive and very friendly. I recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
