        Been here twice. I much prefer the twin bed room compared to the double bed room. The service is overall ok. ROOMS: The twin bed room feels very big and the layout is much nicer. The double room layout in my opinion is not as comfortable. Maybe because it is meant for couples, there is no closed room for you to wear clothes after you exit the shower. Most of the furnitures in the double bed room are put around the center of the room, making it feels less spacious than it actually is. SERVICE Service-wise, the first time I stayed there and asked the staff to help me call a taxi (because uber blocked me for some reason), the staff seems annoyed and asked me if I can use my own uber app. But he ordered it for me anyway. On my second stay, I didn’t need to use a taxi but when I checked out, the staff who opened the door kindly offered to book a taxi for me.

        We chose this hotel specifically for its rooftop pool, but unfortunately, it was under construction during our stay. It would have been helpful if they had informed us about this inconvenience at the time of booking. Additionally, the lobby is noticeably small, and the decor gives off more of a three-star hotel vibe. We found that there is often no doorman present, and the dropoff area is consistently congested. On a positive note, the room layout is pleasant, although some furnishings are in need of updates.

        Having lived in hk for 5 years in the past, I was back after 4 years being away for a short trip. My experience was off to a great start with a smooth and easy check in process and was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade due to my IHG membership. The service from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and efficient. The room is super clean, comfortable which was exactly what I was looking for as I was working remotely in the hotel room during the day. The location is great due to the close proximity to trendy restaurants and bars as well as public transportation trains and trams. Hotel Indigo HK made my trip to HK so comfortable and enjoyable, I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

        Great location, spacious rooms with excellent sound proofing. Rooftop bar and pool (under renovation) on premise along with a gym. There are a couple of minor things that need to be repaired or replaced in the room, which have been left unnoticed. There is no parking on premise, and the drop-off point is not really useable (good news is it is located on a side street that is not busy). The curtains will need to be drawn all day due to the proximity to the building next door. All in all, a great hotel, enjoyed the stay and amenities.

        We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed our stay. Great location for new and old markets or restaurants. You get options for street food to high end restaurants. Walking distance to wanchai MTR station. Caring staff members would make you feel pampered. Had an issue with pool in maintenance but duty manager solved it for us by letting us use pool in their other hotel. Would recommend this hotel for any one who wants to enjoy cantonese food and hong kong 🇭🇰 culture near by.
