Stayed for New Year and had a wonderful stay! The Restaurant is highly recommended with some delicious steak dishes! The room was amazing. A high floor offers great views across Manchester City and on a clear day over Lancashire too! Would definitely stay again. Situated right next to Manchester Victoria station on a beautiful concerted building.

Wonderful one night stay What made it was the friendly and happy staff from reception to dinner team to the breakfast team - they really made a difference. Dinner was good, hotel standard. Breakfast was lovely, hot food cooked to order so fresh and as you like it. Room was lovely, only comment was that it was too warm and we couldn't get the aircon to work so we took the quilt out of the cover and then slept great. Lovely, comfortable bed,great power shower - whole design of the room made you think someone actually thought about having easy no nonsense light switches and controls for the shower away from where the water comes out. Great stay for us, lovely room and an even nicer team of people. Thank you. .

Stayed for a day in Hotel Indigo Manchester on Dec 2023. The style and decorations of the hotel are stunning especially the area of the reception and lobby. The room in the video is a standard double room. The room is clean and stylish, but I won't say it has as many characters or fancy decorations as other Hotel Indigo. I'm also surprised to find there's no capsule coffee machine in the room as I thought it was standard equipment for them. It has a kettle, some tea bags and coffee, as well as complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The iron is available in the room as well. They have a TV but the casting from my Android phone didn't work even after following the instructions. I don't think the TV supports Apple devices but you should check with the receptionist for a firm answer. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room but luckily we found that soon so we got help from reception and got one. Didn't get as lucky with the shower gel in the shower, the bottle was empty but because it was midnight, I just used the bottle next to the sink instead. The gym is small but has enough types of machines. The location is very central, close to Selfridge and Corn Exchange. During the Christmas season, it is close to the Christmas market and the ice rink as well. The location is very nice for ppl who enjoy a night out because you can get back very quickly. For parking, the Q park deansgate north is sort of close to it, it's about £22 for 24 hours, not cheap but it doesn't feel dodgy.

This a copy of my review that I sent to IHG . Door to 314 didn't double lock, remote didn't switch on or off TV, no radio on TV. Very noisy (trams) Didn't receive welcome drinks, second time this has happened, they formed part of the booking. Air conditioning noise, had to turn it off during our stay. Breakfast was awful, coffee was basically warm brown water, scrambled eggs with out toast? Sausages tasted like cheap cash and carry rubbish. This is our 6th stay and its the last. Everything has got progressively worse. All I see are kids who are clearly doing their best not once did or have I ever seen a manager.

Long winded review warning! I completed the ihg questionnaire and received what seemed an automated reply, so here's our real experience for others to learn from. The hotel is very nice, commanding a perfect location for the arena, with rooms of a high standard but offering expensive and inconsistent drinks and a terrible breakfast experience. We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in so we checked out the bar area. Bar and staff served us lovely drinks in the afternoon and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately in the evening things were very different. Cocktails which we had previously enjoyed in the afternoon weren't recognisable. Furthermore the service was poor, and at £12 a drink it certainly left you with a sour taste. Room service isn't what you'd expect either, basically after hours is just Chicago town pizzas, contrary to what's on the menu in the room. Breakfast was £20 each, which I didn't hesitate to pay due to previous positive experience of an Indigo breakfast. The price was the only similarity I can see. Continental options were sparse and only stale sliced bread available for toasting, all be it white and brown. Croissants and pastry swirls were as dry as cardboard. No jam offered, and fruit juice which tasted like cheap diluted squash! The cooked options sounded okay, we opted for eggs benedict and a full English, poached eggs were dreadfully overdone, the scrambled eggs were cold and somehow tasted grainy and looked very unappetising. Bacon was underdone for my liking but worse, looked like it had stewed in scummy water. Sausage tasted like cheap processed variants, the type that doesn't resemble meat, more of a paste. Beans were cold and they were served up in a tiny little tin pot. On a plus side the black pudding was cooked nicely and tasted good. So to summarize. If you're going to visit the arena, make use of the hotel but don't waste your money on food and drinks on the premises. There's so many wonderful options within a 1/3 of a mile radius.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
