        Not my type. Efficient check in, good location and friendly staff which is great. But fitness center is tiny and there isn’t even a bike in there. Rooms are super small as others noted. Not enough space to sit at the laptop. See pix. For the mandatory $25 amenity fee you get chromecast. Two bottles of water and the fitness center. Thought the industry moved beyond amenity fees.

        Great location - away from the obvious tourist spots but with plenty of NYC oomph, this was mostly a great stay... with some notable issues. Check-in was a comically lackluster affair with no bell desk/staff and the front desk person mildly annoyed that there was an interruption to whatever was being watched on the phone. It got worse from there. The manager - Gerry?? took care of things the next morning with sincerity and effectiveness. That's why I give the hotel 5 stars - mistakes happen, it's if/how they get fixed that matters most. The rooms are small, yes, but chic and the bathrooms are large and brilliantly appointed. I miss having a big lobby with hustle and bustle to ring in a NYC experience - there is a funky bar in the lobby, but it's only open from 7am - 11 am. Yes, mornings only. The bar upstairs, while small, was rockin' in the evenings/night. Check out The Best of New York Food (deli) next door - open 24 hours. Ask the counter guy which is better - the Chicken Gyro or The Lamb Gyro - I got the perfect NYC reaction - Seinfeld-esque.

        I stayed at the hotel for a few days at the start of my trip to NYC, and I went back at the end of my trip to stay one more night. The staff at the front desk were really helpful, friendly and kind throughout my stay, and the rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, both the food and the service were great each morning. The hotel is located close to the subways and there is lots to see within walking distance, including Brooklyn bridge. I was travelling solo and always felt safe at the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to others.

        We had a great 3-night stay at the Hotel Indigo! We were looking for a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and noise of midtown, and the Wall Street area ended up being perfect - while still having very easy transit access to Upper Manhattan and Brooklyn. The rooms themselves are on the smaller side, but smartly designed, stylish, and very comfortable. The king bed and TV with Chromecast were both excellent, and each room does have access to climate controls. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast at Buttonwood Cafe - Elias was a wonderful host and the food was excellent! We also checked out the rooftop bar, but being mid-November the outside areas weren't really opened up. The elevators were fast and convenient, but can get a little backed up since there are only two for 25 floors. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again! Plenty of dining options nearby, and the Museum of the American Indian next to Battery Park was well worth the visit.

        One worker at the hotel was extremely rude to me and my younger sisters. The front desk staff repeatedly told me i could visit the rooftop bar but i tried several times and could not get up there with my key card on the elevator. When I finally made it to the rooftop bar, one worker rudely told us it was closed then said actually there is a private ticketed event going on. Which i completely understand, but why tell a guest they can use a facility feature when it is not available to them? The room was small which is to be expected but it was FREEZING COLD and the heat did not work. No microwave anywhere to warm food up but luckily we only are staying one night. For the price I paid for the room, I expected more and definitely better service. Great location and clean room but I doubt I will be back.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
