My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and wanted to give a big kudos to Francisco, the front desk manager I believe. We booked through a 3rd party and somehow the booking wasn’t showing up in their system, but Francisco was able to stay calm which helped keep me calm, and was ultimately able to find our booking after much searching. We really appreciated the kindness and generous hospitality in that moment. We also just overall enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, close to subways, and great service and staff at the hotel restaurant as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved it here! The hotel smells amazing right when you walk in. Front desk was helpful. My room was very small but it didn't feel cramped (I spent most of my time out and about so having a small room is just fine). The bed was comfy, everything was clean/neat, and although small, everything was laid out nicely and flowed well. TV was large and great picture quality. Would love to stay here again!

While this hotel’s convenient location and “relatively” low price for NYC might be tempting, be prepared for minimal guest services and potential inflexibility. My recent one-night stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a frustrating check-in experience. On a hard-rainy Sunday night, I arrived late after facing an unexpected issue with my credit card. I explained this to the supervisor while requesting to waive the $50 holding deposit for my pre-paid room(around $230). Despite the short stay and my genuine explanation, the supervisor refused with a cold demeanor and dismissive attitude. My simple request to speak to the manager was met with a curt “I will never let you talk to her.” She also said “I can give you a refund if you want.” This was incredibly rude and disappointing, especially compared to the empathetic assistance I received from another hotel(4-star) and an airline earlier that day. While I understand hotel policies exist, a little understanding and flexibility in such situations would go a long way. Adding to the frustration, there’s also an unexpected $5 charge for storing even a small bag(second bag) for a few hours after check-out. I’ve never encountered this at any other hotel or hostel. Ultimately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking basic courtesy and helpfulness from the staff. While the price may be attractive, the lack of empathy and unexpected fees outweigh any potential benefit. For a more relaxing and accommodating stay in NYC, I suggest looking elsewhere. Choose this hotel only if minimal service you’d expect at a budget hostel and potential inflexibility are acceptable trade-offs for a convenient location.

Very good hotel for the price. Very convenient to subway stations on numerous lines. The best part is the restaurant and bar. Happy hour 12-7pm everyday! A few cons: the shower leaked on the bathroom floor. The design of the shower door is terrible and just allows the water to run right out of the shower. Second, u have to pay for some of ur checked bags on your departure day. Never been told to pay for a hotel to hold my luggage. Third, seem a bit understaffed during our trip. I know it's the holidays, but they could have used an extra person or 2 it seems.

Nice new hotel in a good location. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. Our room was smaller than expected, even for Manhattan. From the photo on the website, it looked comfortable enough, but in real life had minimal clearance to get around in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
