I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby slings an excellent latte. Definitely request a waterfront room as the view is lovely. While the immediate area is nice, DO NOT stray too far from the hotel unaccompanied as the surrounding area is a bit dodgy.

Loved my experience here! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. It’s so rare that I take the time to write a review for a hotel, but they definitely deserve it. Lots of places to eat or grab a glass of wine on the same street as well!

Awesome hotel. Great location. Top rated service. Valets were very prompt and attentive. Great job by the entire staff. Breakfast was good from 13 Coins. The room got 4 stars because of the noisy ac/heating system. Overall the stay was relaxing and room was very clean. Thanks Hotel Indigo for a wonderful experience.

My daughter asked for us to be down the hall from the elevator worried about the noise. Well, they put us on the East Side of the hotel, and the noise was excruciating. All night long there were racers. Motorcycle guys spinning out in the roundabout right there. Cars racing up-and-down burning off their tires, it was extremely noisy. But other than that, the hotel's beautiful extremely clean. I think that's one of the most comfortable and clean this hotels we've been in in quite a while. Customer service extremely friendly. II would suggest this hotel to people. They have a nice coffee shop downstairs very pleasant. They do have quite a bit of different restaurants in walking range inside the hotel and down the boardwalk, so if you want ocean front, be able to walk around, we had the best ice cream just down the street. It was wonderful so I would say for vacation. This is wonderful if you're doing business, then you need peace and quiet. I would ask for a room on possibly the West side of the hotel which I don't know if they have any or use the earplugs that they put next year. Bad, I guess that was the hint but I can't sleep with earplugs.

The staff here is great, enjoyed the check in/out process. The location is good, it gets a little noisy on the street but staying on the waterfront is nice. Room 408 is one to avoid. There were ear plugs on the bed, first red flag. The Hvac is right at the head of the bed pointing at your ears and it's LOUD. Who the hell designs a room at a high-end hotel with all the noise in the room right by your ear when sleeping. Can't say how other rooms are but have to assume it's a mix of layouts just like this. I'd avoid if a good night's sleep is what you want.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
