        The rooms are small but clean and sufficient, since we don't spend much time in our rooms. Service is good and the location is great! I would stay here again. I will say they have issues with water around their toilets in my and my friends rooms that we reported but they did not fix while we were here. It's running under the wall and damaging their wood floors by the room entrance, but it didn't hamper our stay.

        Such a lovely hotel, the location is perfect, the staff is excellent and very accommodating, thank you to David who helped us out with everything. The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable! Overall for the price point it's such a great option! The window isolates any sound from outside and the wifi was great! I'll definitely be back next time I visit Lisbon!

        My experience in this hotel was AWFUL. I booked through Booking.com, good location, etc. Not particularly cheap. This happened on Easter 2023 1- There were BEDBUGS in the room. I asked for a room change. They gave me another room but in the same floor. This means, bedbugs still there, probably. But what could I do? 2- The second night - a man entered at 11pm our room. We were in bed, so we shout back. I went downstairs to reception. It seem it was some man of the stuff who didn't know the room was in used. 3- The storage room is not safe at all. Anyone with random cards can enter. Cards barely work for the room, I had to go up and down to reception multiple times during 3-4 nights stay. 4- When I complained the reception old man was really rude, saying they had no complains books, etc, a lie. He said we wouldnt get any refund, we had to do through booking - booking said the opposite. So this man just tricked us. 5- I NEVER saw a refund of the first night they offered to me. As they said they sent it to a partner, I had to deal with that other partner and the partner is in Dubai ??? (not in Portugal). And Booking didnt step in, because is a "external partner". Basically, this is all a SCAM. There are bedbugs and staff is trying to trick you as you see. Therefore, DO NOT STAY here. It will make your trip an awful memory.

        Pretty dreadful and that's being polite. I would never stay here again. The hotel and room was run down, dirty (but the mattress was brand new). You may think to choose this place based on proximity to the local attractions - but it's not worth it given Lisbon's extensive transit system, walkability and inexpensive right share options. Lucky for me it was only one night.

        Would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is unclean. When you walk in all the carpets are old and dusty in the hallways. Staff in unattentive. The room was dirty. From the smell of dust. To the walls being dirty with dead bugs on them. The corners of the room haven’t been cleaned in years. We literally left after the first night and even that one night was painful. Overpriced for the quality especially in comparison to other available options in the city. Could have stayed at a hostel and it would have been cleaner.
