        We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel - a restful oasis. Large lounge area offering drinks and snacks throughout the day, including happy hour. Deserves higher than a 3 star rating. Staff speak English, which is a bonus when travelling. Handy location in the back streets with plenty to explore on foot.

        Excellent place to stay in Kyoto. We had connecting rooms and was great for a family. The hotel provides drinks and snacks for guests throughout the day. It has a communal bath which is great to relax and rewind after a whole day out.

        Wonderful stay at Hotel Intergate. Rooms and beds were extremely comfortable and the Onsen was great everyday . I loved the breakfast each day and trying new things . Happy hour service was also a lovely addition to have a drink before dinner . Reception staff were also great and helped us find a traditional place nearby to dress up in kimonos . Would definitely recommend. Very near metro and super central to walk to anywhere

        The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional during our whole stay. The constant efforts to maintain service and cleanliness, the amazing breakfast and open bar and the clean bathing facility contributed to a great stay. The location is also very convenient. Thank you to the staff (reception and cleaning) for their attention and efficiency.

        Location is about 10 mins stroll to Nishiki Market. We booked 2 interconnecting rooms and the rooms are spacious. Could open 3 luggages flat on the floor side by side. Overall very clean. They also gave me extra bedsheet and duvet for my 4 yr old who slept on the sofa on some nights. Breakfast was very good. Many parking spots nearby with different overnight rates. Also offers free food/drinks throughout the day. Washer dryer 2in1 and there are only 2 so it gets busy and difficult to secure one.
