I stayed in the hotel on the first week of January 2024. The location was undefeatable considering the price. It’s walkable to Osaka station, making it easy to explore the city. Most importantly, it’s just a throw stone to airport bus station! The room was very clean and thanks to the public bath. I didn’t try the complimentary snacks due to long queue. Highly recommended.

we stayed at the non-smoking deluxe twin room for 3 pax (31 metre sq). Very tight for 3 because of the extra bed, leaving only a narrow walkway between the bed and tv to walk. The beds were clean? but the blanket had strands of hair in it (see photo). Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap were only the amenities provided in the room. Others such as tea bags, comb, face cleanser, emulsion, etc are provided at the reception area. They don’t provide additional pillows or towels. Asked for additional pillows at the reception (as i usually find sleeping with 3 more comfortable) but was declined. Their lounge provides buffet breakfast and complimentary coffee for guests. Technically not complimentary since you will need to pay additional tax (was 100yen per pax multiplied by no. of nights) during the check in. Cannot wear the provided pyjs and bedroom slippers to the lounge which was troublesome since they have supper cause who wants to change into clothes again after showering or soaking in the public bath. Those not dressed properly were turned away. Quite a far walking distance from the Osaka JR station and if you do get lost, it’s gonna take even longer. Google maps wasn’t quite helpful in guiding when we walked underground.

First the good: The rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Location pretty good too. They don’t provide coffee or tea in the rooms but you do have access to the lounge where a barista will prepare coffee for you at most times of the day. It’s a very nice touch. Now the bad: The staff are polite but don’t expect any warm hospitality. I asked for help reserving a restaurant for tonight and the staff flat-out refused without offering any reason. I was taken aback and clarified that I was a guest at the hotel. Only then did the staff provide a reason for refusing to help: apparently other guests have bailed on their reservations and the hotel had to pay cancellation charges. Well if you’re so worried please take my credit card details or take a deposit from me then. The concierge at another hotel I stayed in earlier this trip simply took my credit card details and she was so helpful. The huge contrast in attitude just made the service in this establishment look so bad in comparison. Such a shame.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Great location and value. The amenities are outstanding; especially the spa and the intergate lounge. Some things to note: the spas are gendered, and no bathing costumes are allowed. This is standard, but I never saw it explicitly stated before getting here. Also, as others have stated, there are rules about tattoos, but I understand that this is standard in japan. All of the amenities (coffee, cocktails etc) at the lounge are free, except for breakfast. Even if you aren't paying for the breakfast, you can still ask for a complimentary takeaway coffee during breakfast hours.
