At Hotel Internacional in Porto, our expectations were significantly let down, especially considering the price. The bathroom’s sliding door was so difficult to operate that it was practically unusable for children. The breakfast was underwhelming for its price range, notably lacking daily bacon for the scrambled eggs, a feature we’d expect even in a hostel. To our dismay, we discovered online that we paid 50% more than the current rate. When addressed, the reception’s response was dismissive, citing “flexible rates, bad luck for you” with no attempt to resolve our dissatisfaction. This lack of customer care overshadowed the hotel’s only redeeming feature: its central location. It’s a visit we won’t be repeating.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. Its very nice, clean and bed was super comfortable. All staff are very friendly, specially Carla who acts like a genuine host and with her multi language proficiency! Staff of a service operation will make or break a business and this hotel is blessed with great employees. How about a raise for them?!

We loved this Hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated but clean. The self-service breakfast was amazing with a wide range on offer. The hotel position is very central with some very good restaurants and historic buildings nearby. Although in busy location our room had 2 sets of double glazing and was so quiet.

Super location for touring the city. Reception staff so very friendly and helpful. Lady serving breakfast very pleasant too. Rooms small but spotlessly clean. En-suite well appointed. Older hotel but quaint. Really liked it. At the price, great value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
