        Don’t get duped by the photos on the website….rooms are absolutely tiny with a double bed stuck against a wall. Noise from inside (fully heaters and pipe work) and outside the hotel will keep you awake all night.Managed to change 1 room after persistently requesting to see the manager who never surfaced during our 4 day stay. Breakfast is just by name. Customer service is absolutely appalling. The only positive thing is the location and the cleaning staff. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, I’ve stayed at better budget hotels then this hell hole.

        Ipek WE HAD BED BUGS IN THE ROOM AND WAS BITTEN ALL OVER OUR BODY! Room 412! We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights here. On the first night, my wife noticed she had bites all over her body and it was itchy all day. I also had bites on few parts of my body and only noticed it in the afternoon but my wife had the worst of it. When we got back in the hotel, we complained about the bed bugs and bites all over our bodies and that we wanted a different room but they quickly responded that the hotel was full. They asked to wait tomorrow for anyone to check-out and have a vacant room. We asked for new sheets and pillows instead as an alternative but only provided 2 bed sheets and 2 pillow CASE (not 2 pillows but only CASES) as their supply had run out. The next day, we had even more bites aside from changing bed sheets and pillow cases. We complained again in the reception but they kept on saying they are fully booked and to speak to the manager at 10am but we had a whole day and night trip and will be only arriving at midnight. We were itchy and had red bite marks all over. When we arrived at the hotel, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, we necessarily needed to change rooms as we cannot tolerate being bitten by bed bugs anymore. We stayed in the lobby and waited for them to find a room regardless of them saying they are fully book and to wait in the morning for vacancy. After 20minutes of waiting, they said they have vacant room. MAGIC? From fully booked? Long story short, we changed room. No more additional bites after changing rooms but we had so many already and it is not great having red itchy spots. I expected immediate action regardless of the time when health risks are involve. The hotel can do better if they only act quicker.

        Rooms were too small definitely not a 4 star hotel quality room. Service was poor multiple time I told housekeeping to give me some water they said the first 2 bottles are free after I got pay for it that’s an absolute joke got a so called “4 star” hotel. The only good thing was other shops and restaurants were closer so it was easy to escape the awful food options. Honestly this might be the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever seen. Don’t get me started on the internet let’s just say it was like living in the stone ages that’s how bad it was.

        This hotel was very beautiful. All of the restaurants, tourist attraction, shops were nearby. Everything was in a walkable distance! We were able to walk to the blue mosque and walk to the Istanbul boat trip relatively easily. The tram stop was just a 2 minute walk away. I loved the experience. The hotel also provided an excellent breakfast service with plenty of fruits and breads, cheeses, pastries and traditional Turkish breakfast items. 10/10 service. I loved the hotel stay. Definitely recommend and will be going there again next time I go to Turkey !
