Great location but trash hotel. I can hear the entire floor from my room because the doors are made of single layer metal and the walls are probably just wooden planks. I can hear my next door neighbor walking in his room. I heard the one above peeing. No windows in my room, which I knew before hand, but broken AC so it's unbearably hot.

Location wise is very central and can walk to city area and some tourist spot. One thing very disappointing the ladies in the reception, i experienced the miscommunication for both of them one lady advise can check out before 3pm which we are transferring in another room. The lady keep shouting and knock the door with no respect to the guest. Keep telling ''give me the key" and suddenly walk out and she did not talk to me in proper way and didn't listen to my explanation for room transfer and please take note already settled and paid 2 days before. To the management / owner please take an action for this serious matter your staff need more patience and have a good hospitality since your industry is to serve people.

The room is quite small, but fully equipped. Must make an appointment 1 day in advance to have the room cleaned. The hotel has a water dispenser in the dining area, so you have to go get your own water, toothpaste, toothbrush, and towels. There are many restaurant around the hotel

This hotel is at a very good location. Many places of interest are within walking distance from this hotel. It is very near to the City Hall subway station, Exit 7. There are many restaurants, pubs, eating shops and 24 hour convenience stores, 7-11 and GS25, around the hotel. It is one of the small three hotels in the same building. The reception counter is on the 4th floor. The receptionist will be present from 9.00am to 12 midnight only. Check in and check out is very simple and fast. Guests take their own towels, tissue paper, soap and toothbrush from the reception area. Charging adapters are also available at the counter. The room is small but clean. There is a fridge, a safe, a hair dryer and a LCD television with 60 channels. In the bathroom, body shampoo, hair shampoo and conditioner are provided. Hot and cold water is available for shower. Free 5G wi-fi available in the room. Recommendable for its fair price and very good location.

My room is very clean and looks like new. The space is enough for guest who would like to explore the city rather than spending time in the room. The hotel is highly recommended despite the price you got from the internet. If you lucky, you may get the good price. It's should have not so difficult to find the hotel, but google map do not provide route information anywhere in Seoul. So you have to have ability to read the map and find the direction by yourself. Or you can check the route from another source. There are places near the hotel full with store and street market.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
