My husband and I stayed at Hotel Isha for 2 weeks recently. We can't say enough good things about the hotel, the owners and the staff. Very kind and accomodating people. The hotel was so clean and pristine. The breakfasts were fantastic with so many choices that would tempt even the pickiest palate. Manu went to the library, unbeknownst to us, to check out some books for us on information pertaining to day trips we were planning on taking. They really bent over backward to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend staying there. We definately will next time we travel to Frankfurt. Thank you, Hotel Isha, for making us feel so at home.

We have stayed one night in this hotel. İt is a family business they are very helpfull especially nanu and his mother, thanks to them. Breakfast is continental, rooms are clean. We have enjoyed to stay here. If we come here, absolutely we ll stay in this hotel. P/P is excellent. They have free parking area. You can see in the picture. We have felt as our home. Thank you for Isha hotel hospitality. You can sincerely choose this hotel.

We arrived in the middle of the night, and the host put out a key for us to get in, we payed in the morning. The room was fine and clean. The breakfast was really nothing and we dont have any expectations. The coffee machine didnt work and the lady who were in the kitchen/breakfast area, the lady just shrugged like it wasn't her problem.

Rooms are decently sized and clean. The staff is friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. Ab 10 min to the city center by subway. The noise from the neighboring rooms is quite loud, especially the air vents from the bathroom. After everyone gets to sleep is fine, but if you go to bed early you can be woken up by the noise

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
