Title: A Disappointing Experience ⭐☆☆☆☆ I made the unfortunate decision to book a two-week stay at this hotel, enticed by its low cost. However, it turned out to be a regrettable choice. Communication proved to be a significant hurdle as the staff struggled with English, making even basic interactions frustrating. The state of the room was equally disheartening. Unclean bed sheets and pillows greeted me, and the absence of hot water in the bathroom was a major inconvenience. The absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms compounded the issue, confining me to the lobby for any online activity. Despite posted no-smoking signs, the indoor environment was heavily saturated with cigarette smoke, posing a serious challenge for someone with asthma. Attempts to address this concern were in vain due to the language barrier with both staff and fellow guests. Changing rooms twice during my stay revealed further issues, including water leaks from the ceiling and electrical outages. The pervasive smell of cigarettes in most rooms was another unwelcome surprise. If you're reading this, my advice is simple: run. The reality of this establishment falls far short of any expectations one might have. Even the presence of air conditioning couldn't compensate for the lack of a window. In this dismal experience, there were a few bright spots. A female receptionist and a male room cleaner were notably friendly and genuinely tried to assist. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the litany of issues that marred my stay. I find myself counting down the days until I can finally leave, though the non-refundable nature of my reservation leaves me with little choice but to endure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
