I stayed for an overnight transit stay in early December. It's perfectly fine for a short stay. The rooms, although small (By US standards), are very tidy and have everything one would require for a comfortable stay. The staff are very personable and efficient. The shuttle service staff are kind, respectful and incredibly punctual. There is an on-site restaurant which I did not visit. There are quite a few restaurants and convenience stores within 500 feet of the hotel. With Haneda Airport a quick 10 min drive, Hotel JAL City is a perfect place to rest and recharge before continuing one's journey.

We did a quick overnight stay. Self check in terminal available and was only option, but there were staff assisting it at 9 pm. You will need to scan your passport so have it ready. I couldn't say room was spacious but clean and all the essentials (amenity) provided. Some amenity goods were available for you to take to your room situated at the ground floor lift hall. Staff were all fantastic. Housekeeping and receptionist I interact was all super polite.

4.5 ⭐️Had to stay here when my Haneda flight was canceled/rebooked for 24 hours later. They have a free shuttle but the airport people seemed confused as to where to find it. After several attempts, I took a quick 9 minute taxi ride ($8USD). Service at the hotel was great, room was clean although a bit tight with two American-sized large suitcases, bed was comfy, and conveniently located directly across from a Family Mart. The pour-over coffee offered in the room was delicious! I also had no problem taking the free shuttle from the hotel back to the airport the next day. My only complaint is the bed pillow was very, very firm and prices a smidge high compared to other hotels in the area. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

This is an outstanding hotel. It’s a short train ride or taxi from Haneda airport. The hotel lobby is very clean as well as the rooms. The WiFi is fast, the bed is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked out of the hotel and had a reservation 4 days later back at the hotel and they were kind enough to store bags and we explored with our backpacks. They will only do this if you have a reservation to come back and stay. They have a shuttle bus but the hours are not consistent you have to check with the staff. Restaurants are within walking distance buggy here are a limited number. The train station is a very short walk from the hotel and will take you maybe 5 minutes. This is a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

It's a transit hotel nothing fancy. Its clean check in is easy. The pillows are hard, the room is hot despite the A/C as the system cant keep up with the accumulated body heat. The A/C runs constantly as a result sounding like an idling truck 24/7. Best thing about it is that its close to the airport and has a shuttle. The price is great for what you get.
