Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. The hotel is close to Kyoto Station, shopping mall, and coin laundry. Very convenient. We have 3 suitcases and the room can accommodate them well. Staffs are nice and email communications are fast. Overall, very satisfy, will stay here next time.

We were looking for a reasonable priced accommodation near Kyoto station for our family of 4, and we found Budget Inn! It's a clean, nice hostel with everything you needed for a good night sleep. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with 24 hr convenient stores nearby, the bus stops are around the corner to get to most of Kyoto attractions. We didn't get to use the kitchen & common area, but they looked clean & well equipped. We had to check-out early in the morning so used the key deposit box, very convenient.

Stayed here when it was the Backpacker's Ryokan Budget Inn (circa 2015). Three of us in a five-person private room (ensuite bathroom). The room and linens were clean. The price was right. Staff helpful and friendly, offering suggestions for the area.

great hotel considering it’s small. very clean and staff is nice. we’re also able to leave our luggage while we tour around Kyoto.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
