Nice place, was on the fourth floor and wifi was fine. I requested a room with a balcony and they were very nice and accommodating. Staff is very hardworking and helpful, they are also very respectful about cleaning and leaving your things. The area is amazing, especially for the price- and the weather is great in July. It does get loud at night if you leave the window open, but melatonin can help with this and it’s a result of the location. Really my only issue was how hard the beds are- it was really bad for my mother’s back problems and not great to rest on when we got back so consider this if you are looking for a long stay. This is also one of the only places with a working elevator. Overall, this hotel was great and charming, and the staff are some of the best out there.

A cheap “hotelucho” of sleep and go away, claustrophobic atmosphere, located in an alley, poor view, few balconies, no windows in my room. During overnight the reception staff seem very aloof. I stayed there once due to lack of guide as well as poor knowledge of the city.

We had a very pleasant stay in Hotel Juarez! They gave us a room from the top floor so we had a nice view overlooking the rooftops of historical centre of CDMX from our little balcony and were woken up in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Our room was clean and had everything we needed and expected from a decent hotel room. It gets a little cold during the winter as we were there in February but at least there are blankets and hot water available. I think the hotel doesn’t have Wifi in the rooms but the public Wifi of the city reached our room fine. The receptionists and cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage safely for the day we checked out as we were flying out so we were able to go shopping and sightseeing. It was excellent value for money as the location was superb!

Overall simple hotel. Elevator is old as hell. Be very careful of scams since they tried to made us pay for some dirty towels that the cleaning crew planted on our room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
