Nice hotel, polite staff. They're doing great! The distance from the hotel to the center should not worry you, because of good connection with a metro. Also, you can use uber or bus. If proximity to the airport is important to you, this hotel is great option for you! Service improvement advice: breakfast could be much richer.

Really not worth the money, they charged us 162 euro for a room where it smelled ciggarets and whole night was some wierd sounds from the bathroom. Breakfast is cheapest, cheapest bred, cheapest cheese, bad coffee.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, staff was extremely friendly and made sure that I was accommodated to the best of their ability. Whatever your reason for going to Madrid is, if you can afford this hotel, I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that parts of the room could use some floor carpets in order to avoid the metal separating the wooden floor with the marble flooring, but very comfortable beds, bathroom was excellent, perfect for both business and pleasure.

I would like to highlight that the staf is very nice and very helpfull. Concerning the rooms, at least mine, they do not have fridge neither hairdryer. About the second you have to ask it on the reception which I do not think is a confortable thing to do. Taking in consideration the price I was expecting a much better hotel. The breakfast only tomorrow I can say something.

Hotel Julia is a modest hotel with decently sized rooms, a mildly helpful staff, and a mediocre breakfast assortment of food available. The rooms are clean and aren't too expensive so that is more or less the bottom line. We also tried checking in and were told our reservation didn't exist; took him ~30min to magically "find" it. My biggest complaint, however, was that every single morning, the cleaning people make a ton of noise in the hallways and it wakes us up EVERY morning. We stayed here for not one or two but ELEVEN nights and it never improved and was always noisy. They're busy banging around when you're trying to sleep and that will be sure to drive you crazy and start your day off on a bad foot. Beware. Edit: maids also stole our room key because it was in the power strip by the door to keep power to the refrigerator while we were out in town all day (nothing else was plugged in or using power). Now all the food we had in the fridge was now warm and some of our food had spoiled. They don't deserve the meager 2 stars that they are rated and are easily the worst hotel in Europe I've ever had the misfortune of booking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
