K5 was an amazing, stylish and welcoming hotel. We absolutely loved it. The location is a little bit quieter than the main tourist districts but we didn’t mind that because the hotel was so nice, the staff were so great and ultimately you are a few minutes away from two metro stations. The design is phenomenal and the cocktail bar and brewery are excellent bonuses. As was the record player in the room! Staff were great and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

Pros: Amazing room, entry music and service. I absolutely think it's my top 1 in Tokyo 🗼. I love that they kept the floor and inspiration from the original bank. And you can tell the owner has such great senses of choosing furniture, bed, and interior material. Lastly, the lighting design in the room was perfect and unforgettable. Cons: it's located in a quiet zone, not too much things going around and fortunately you don't hear any noise during the stay.

Absolutely worth every penny. It was such a great hotel we cancelled our other Tokyo hotel reservations and re-booked here. Extremely professional and would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tokyo! Also a really great location.

This place gets two stars for Instagram worthy spaces, and friendly, helpful staff. But for the hotel basics, it misses the mark. Throughout Japan, we experienced exceptional design, material choices and craftsmanship, but this place simply fails in this categories and is priced like a luxury hotel. For $1500USD/night, I would expect that the toilet doesn’t smell like sewage and that I would be able to exit the toilet without clawing at the door with my fingernails because there is no handle on the inside. But alas, this is not the case. The designer chose to work against the common practice of creating functional, beautiful spaces that make the guest feel welcomed and comfortable. Weird lights right in the middle of the mirror? Yep, you got it, seeing yourself while shaving is so gauche. Knee height sinks? Sure thing boss, everyone loves to hunch over to wash their hands and splash water on their pants! No way to control temperature? Guests don’t like too many choices, and it should be their privilege to swelter or freeze at the hotel’s discretion. Fancy amplifier with speakers 10 feet above the listening plane? Of course, acoustic quality is irrelevant on InstaTokFace! Floors that stick to your feet and can’t possibly get clean? What’s wrong with that? It is not like people in Japan take off their shoes inside, that would be weird (/snark). Little touches like skunked beer, repellent candy, and ashtray flavored potato chips round out the experience. Insanity!!!!! Stay somewhere else.

K5 was my main base during my stay in Tokyo. The hotel already won me over by welcoming me in the room with a Ryuichi Sakamoto record playing. The staff is extremely accessible and helpful and the whole concept of a boutique hotel connected to a cocktail bar, wine bar, restaurant and brewery is perfect for solo travellers. Cool design, clean rooms. For those who don't like the location? Go ahead and grab a room near the crowds in Ginza. The Nihonbashikabutocho area is filled with hidden gems. Use the hotel's handy QR-based guide. Will definitely go back.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
