The breakfast and supper was authentic Japanese food which was so delicious. For the supper, the rice is served at the end of the meal so if you want it in beginning you should ask them. The onsen was also great. Our room was facing river and mountain. The location is close to the train station and bus station.

We stayed there for one night and enjoyed the Onsen and food. Our room has nice view overlooking the river and mountains. The Onsen was great and food was delicious. Dinner and breakfast were served in a private room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy with our stay.

Disappointed in my stay here. Check in the guy was slightly rude. Room wifi was slow, the lamp was flickering, the Aircon was dusty. The most disappointing part was that there was no natural geothermal spring here. It's all just hot water baths of different sizes. Not what I would expect from a hot spring town. Only upside was it had a sauna. It was definitely not worth the price as it wasn't cheap either. Utter disappointment. It's better to stay closer to the geothermal areas in Hakone where prices are more affordable and more worth it.

I hate to say it because I had a lovely time, but the hotel is overpriced. $600 (90,000 yen) for 1 night for 2 people, you would expect drinks and snacks to be included. But the hotel wants to find any way to get more money from you. We even ordered special additions to the meal and they only prepared a serving for one. They should have stated that better on the website. Also, I saw a review on here that said it best. The food is bland. There is so little flavor to the point I thought I had COVID. I do want to say that the private onsen was truly a luxurious experience and that our staff were incredibly kind and in no way is the star rating their fault. Simply, the hotel should either increase the value for the price or lower the price to deserve a higher rating, and probably find a new chef.

Beautiful, clean, and easy. Got massages from a very nice masseuse who spoke English and the woman serving our dinner and breakfast was very on top of it. The hot springs got some of the tension in my shoulders out and the food was good. If you have Allergies, make sure to let them know ahead of time as they don't do food accommodations the day of or before.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
