The rooms may be older in style, but the large size of the room makes up for it. Comfy beds, huge bath which is a plus after walking during the day. Great location to the train, and shopping. The carpet rug in the room was stained, so I think it would have been better to remove it completely. Great value regardless.

I will not recommend this hotel. Terrible service!! Me and my mother not well during our stay. I asking for extra water bottle for medicine and the lady staff rejected me and said only two bottles per day. This is really unexceptable..... There are many other hotels around can give better service than this!!!

The hotel is located in front of the 28th exit of Kintetsu Namba Station, so you can check in without getting wet in the rain. That's awesome. The cleanliness is not as good as other hotels in Japan, but I think it's acceptable considering the location and price. The front desk has staff who can speak Chinese, English, and Japanese.
