Amazing location, great view, the bad: bad smell from the drain and I suggest you dont turn on the ac unit if you dont want mold.on your lungs even worse catching legendary disease. I did get locked out of the hotel for 3 hours, be aware the hotel closes doors at 1AM!

TLDR: Not a 4-star hotel, not sure how it got labeled as one as it's missing many things a 4-star should have, like a hair dryer, or a toilet paper holder... great location and friendly lady at the front desk though. Bar across the street plays music LOUD late into the night. Check pics. Wow, this place is in need of some cleaning and maintenance. The pictures are significantly out of date, as I've shown in my pictures. Our room came with 1.5 rolls of toilet paper (with nowhere to hang them, just a mounting bracket where it should be), two bath towels that were about half the size you would expect, no hand towel (though there was a hand towel rack next to the sink) and no mat for outside the shower. Speaking of the shower, there was, again, just a mounting bracket where a shelf probably used to be, but now nowhere to put soap. The water coming out of the shower would take a few minutes to change temperature, which made it difficult to get the right temperature. Also the constant waxing and waning of water pressure without changing anything (see pictures) would also change the temperature. The shower seems to have been designed after that one Katy Perry song. On top of all that, the walls and ceiling were quite dirty. Like literal dirt and lint on the walls, ceiling, and the ceiling fan (again, see pictures. That's not paint discoloration, you can see hand marks and finger wipes on the wall.). I don't really blame the cleaning lady, I met her and she was nice but I don't think she has the time to clean all the rooms properly. The bed, sheets, and floor were quite clean.

This hotel is literally the worst. They have false advertisement. I booked it thinking it has all the amenities shown in the description and it turns out that nothing it’s included. Terrible terrible hotel, it showed in the description that it has a terrace which have been closed for more than 3 years, water tastes like salt, they don’t want to take responsibility for the false advertising and they are blaming a third party instead. I booked the hotel through Hopper app It deserves a -10 it ruin my vacation

When I arrived noone was at the front desk. They might have stepped out at that time but I saw them there for the rest of the night. The hotel looks okay but then you get to the rooms and they really need some attention. They need some paint and the facets need to be replaced due to rust. My shower never fully worked and had almost no water pressure. I'm under the impression this is owned by a larger resort chain. If so, shame on them for neglecting this building. Very close to public beach but views are okay because it mainly face a locals bar. It can be noisy due to the location. But I will say that I never found any evidence of bedbugs. Things to know/consider: - Photos are from when the hotel opened and not current - BYO TP =/ - Hot water but no shower pressure - Rooftop pool is permanently closed

Very warm staff. The hotel was so safe, you could leave your door unlocked without getting anything stolen. Very affordable for a hotel right next to the beach. The hotel just has the essentials like a bed and shower. You get what you pay for. We love Hector!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
