I agree with some previous reviews that perhaps 5 star is questionable....I would say more like 4.5 and that only because one would compare it against other 5 star hotels. It is my opinion though that Kaya still offers value for money because not everyone will be fussed about noise made by kids, poor'ish wifi or outdated finishes. I personally think the service was quite good. We arrived at 6am in the morning and were allowed to go have breakfast at 7am although we didn't even have a room yet. By 9am (not 2pm) we were given our key cards and could take a quick nap after many hours of traveling (THAT is 5 star!!!). The waiters were superb and attentive. I saw them interacting with kids of other families and readily sharing warm smiles with their constant good service. When things got loud on our side (neighbours moving in with many kids next door), we were offered a room on the opposite side of the hotel with no fuss at all. Yes there are things one can complain about but they are all petty and only relevant if you live the 5 star lifestyle EVERY DAY of your life, in that case you should be booking at 6 star hotels IMHO. My experience at Kaya was a pleasant and enjoyable one, the golf was good and the restaurant did NOT disappoint. It would appear to me that they do in actual fact take constructive criticism as part of learning because none of the previous complaints regarding service or food were evident to me. In fact I was so impressed that by day 3 waiters identified us and offered our "usual" drinks! Thank you to Kaya Belek Management and its staff.

It is embarrassing how this hotel got to keep its 5 stars. It is an old building with many problems, no ventilation in the bathroom causing mold, rooms where the floor is crippling under your feet (we’ve seen many rooms before finally settling in, all of them were in bad shape). The swimming pool is old and smells of chlorine. You have the impression of going back in time for 30 years, old carpets everywhere. Some of the personnel is very nice, others give the impression they have zero experience. Food is nice and garden well maintained. However, I advise you to research well, there are modern hotels in the area you can choose from. We left disappointed for the money we paid and the facilities we got.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, perfect view. Close to the beautiful beach. The staff does a great job. Thank you for your help when I was looking for my child Luka around the hotel - special greetings to the lovely girls who work in the lobby with the guests (redhead and blonde). The food is exceptional, the overall cleanliness is a 10. See you again!

The hotel is reasonable with a good swimming pool and beach. Its all inclusive but even if you need a bottle of water you have to ask some of the waiters to give you, they dinner time is limited it finishes at 9.30 but since 9.15 you will not find anything as they start to clean up . After that, you will not find any food except limited sandwiches. At the pool bar, sometimes l have to wait for 5 minutes or more to get what l want ,even the ice cream and water fridge are hiding and you can't serve yourself . I have been to other all-inclusive hotels and never find the same.

Lovely hotel with amazing view. Staff are all really nice. Spa massages are incredible and really good.The animation team are so lovely especially Alina so kind and warm person .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
