        This is a great hotel. The bath house for patron use is a great arson. The hotel is new and the rooms have a separate toilet room and shower room. The lights and a/c can be updated from a touch screen by the bed. It is in a great location for trains, and subway. I would definitely stay here again.

        Rooms were comfortable and quite big. Able to open up 2 large luggages fully in a triple room. Nice facilities as well like vending machines, comics and public baths. Breakfast was a little crowded at 7am though, but a wide variety of local Japanese and western options. 👍

        All room and amenity presentation were in good order and standard. I noticed however that the Chinese staff here were quite rude when attempting to speak. I did not ask you to communicate in that language nor have I communicated with the staff that way. I expect hotels in Kyoto to have a sense of professional quality, not feeling like a rural Chinese village.

        This was a wonderful hotel. The location is convenient to the train station and everywhere in Kyoto! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the staff. Would definitely stay here again.

        Rooms were not to bad of a layout small bathroom though. Location isn’t bad if you’re taking the train a lot but most restaurants are on other side of the railway. The one big complaint is the cleaning staff should be fired this place is so dusty it’s clumped on the walls and my allergies are going crazy. It’s so obviously needs dusting but they don’t care.
